Cub Notes ("we," "our," or "us") operates a shared household timeline application that allows parents and caregivers to log and share a child's daily activities.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information transparently and securely.

• Household roles (Parent, Member, Caregiver)

• Logged activities (meals, naps, notes, milestones, etc.)

• User attribution (which household member created the entry)

• Operating system
• App version
• Log files and crash reports

• Invite-related communications

We do not collect:

• Social Security numbers

• Financial information (unless later introduced via payment provider)

When you invite another individual to join your household:

• You provide their email address
• We use it solely to send an invitation
• If the invite is not accepted, the email may be deleted after a reasonable period

After acceptance:

• Household members can see each other's display names and roles
• Email addresses are not publicly displayed within the household

Users are responsible for entering correct email addresses when sending invites.

Cub Notes is intended for use by parents and caregivers.

We do not allow children under 13 to create independent accounts.

Child profile information is provided and managed by a parent or guardian.

We collect child-related information only for the purpose of enabling household tracking features and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

If you believe we have collected information directly from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

We retain personal information:

• For as long as your account remains active
• As necessary to provide the Service
• As required to comply with legal obligations

If you delete your account:

Personal data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.
